GROUND FLOOR:
ENTRANCE
In the front garden you immediately feast your eyes with the green hedges along the path and the large side garden with a cherry tree and raspberry and blackberry bush. The authentic wooden front door with the small window gives access to the hall. In this hall you have a beautiful light through the stained glass window. Behind a wooden partition you will find the meter cupboard with connection to the fiber optic internet and under the stairs there is a door that leads to the basement. Here you have a lot of space to store, for example, provisions and here is one of the two installations of the solar panels. The floor in the hall consists of vinyl with a wood look.
LIVING ROOM
The living room gives you a rural and cozy feeling because of the wooden floor, the pellet stove and the stained glass windows that are also present here. The double doors give direct access to the covered terrace that can be used as an extension of the living room in good weather. On colder days you can warm up by the pellet stove that in combination with the air conditioning (which can also heat) the living room and kitchen get nice and warm. In summer, of course, the air conditioner can be used for cooling.
KITCHEN
The open kitchen is also country-style with white wooden cabinets and drawers with black handles. The sturdy, dark countertop is maintenance-free plastic and contrasts nicely with the kitchen unit. In the kitchen you have a five-burner gas stove with hood, a combination oven and a dishwasher. In the large cabinets and wide drawers you can store a lot of kitchen utensils. Through the window you have a nice view of the side garden.
Behind the kitchen is a spacious utility room where you can place a refrigerator and freezer. Here are also the white goods connections and the toilet. Through the back door (with screen door) you have access to the garden.
SERRE
The conservatory is located behind the utility room and is currently only accessible from the garden. However, it is also possible to make this room accessible from the inside so you can expand the first floor of the house and create a playroom for the children or a nice workspace.
